All classes are based on the teachings of Hatha Yoga. Each session is oriented according to a theme (philosophical, seasonal, physical.) on which the postural (asanas) and respiratory (pranayama) and meditative practice is adapted whatever the style of the course. The different styles basically refer to the differences in postural practice.
