All classes are based on the teachings of Hatha Yoga. Each session is themed around a specific topic (philosophical, seasonal, physical, etc.) to which the postural (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and meditative practices are adapted, regardless of the class style. The different styles primarily refer to the variations in postural practice.
